Refund policy

At MamaVibez, we strive to provide high-quality maternity wear that you'll love. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Be in its original condition with all tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing help@mamavibez.in with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the damaged product

  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request either:

  • A replacement (subject to stock availability), or

  • A full refund.

  • Replacements/Exchange will be delivered within 7-10 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer.

  • Change of mind.

  • Preference regarding color, style, or fit.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.

  • Return requests made after the 7-day return period.

5. Return Shipping

If your return is approved due to a damaged or defective item, MamaVibez will arrange the return pickup whenever possible or reimburse reasonable return shipping charges.

For returns that are not due to product damage or defects, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Inspection

All returned products are inspected upon receipt.

MamaVibez reserves the right to decline a refund or replacement if the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
