  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details (where available).


2. Shipping Time

We currently ship across India.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any promotional offers such as free shipping will be clearly mentioned on the website.


4. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

MamaVibez is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

MamaVibez is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing help@mamavibez.in with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the damaged product

  • Photographs of the packaging

We will review your request and resolve the issue in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
